The island of Oahu is home to famous Waikiki beach, the state capital
Honolulu and infamous Pearl Harbor. Despite the popularity of the island it
is easy to get way to more secluded areas such as the rainforest in the

Romantic Maui has often been voted one of the “best” islands in the world,

Weddings in Hawaii take all guises and if you're a nature lover then think
of having your wedding on Kauai, a small but stunning island. Many TV shows
and films are filmed here due to its spectacular scenery. Make sure you see
the magnificent Na Pali cliffs which are best viewed from a helicopter to
appreciate them fully, and beautiful Hanalei Bay on the north side of the
island. Kauai is also home to the magnificent Waimea Canyon, often called
the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”.
Hawaii weddings can be as diverse as the island chain itself, did you know
that the island of Hawaii lent its name to the whole island chain, however
to distinguish it from the state as a whole it is often called “The Big
Island”? This is the largest and youngest of the islands, and the Big
Island shows you the power of the natural world in Volcanoes National Park,
where you can sometimes see lava oozing from the earth! Also home to the
world’s largest volcano, Mauna Kea, astronomers study the secrets of the
universe from the laboratory close to the summit.
Lanai is one of the smaller of the islands and used to be used for growing
pineapples. Nowadays it is known for its two luxury resorts and for getting
away from it all. If you'd like to escape the crowds then think about
getting married here – Bill Gates did!
While each island is different with its own customs and beauty, they all
offer wonderful locations for getting married. Whether you are looking for
a beach wedding, a tropical garden wedding, exchanging your vows under a
gazebo with the ocean as your backdrop, Hawaii makes the perfect wedding
