Getting a marriage licence
You must apply for a non-residents marriage licence at the Passport and
Corporate Services offices in Grand Cayman, and take the documents below.
What legal papers do I need to take with me?
Passports, or certified copies of birth certificates and photo ID.
Letter from the authorised Marriage Officer who will officiate at your ceremony.
Immigration card proving your entry into the Cayman Islands.
If you have been divorced then the final divorce papers must be shown.
If you are widowed then the death certificate of your previous spouse must be
shown.
