What are the legal requirements to get married in Bermuda?
Legal age for marriage is 21 years for both men and women.
If between 16 and 20 then parental consent is required.
Same sex marriages are not permitted.

There are no residency requirements to get married in Bermuda.
Getting a marriage licence
You must both bring the papers mentioned below to the Bermuda Registrar General's office. The marriage licence is then issued 15 days later, although you do not have to be in the country for this time.
A Notice of Intended Marriage licence can be obtained from the Bermuda
Registrar General's office or the Bermuda Government's Department of Tourism
office, and must be published in the Bermuda newspapers before the ceremony
takes place.
